Botox/Dysport

  • Botox/Dysport: $12/unit

  • What areas can Botox or Dysport treat?
Forehead lines , Frown lines (11’s), Crow’s feet, Bunny lines, Lip lines, Chin dimpling, Jaw clenching/TMJ, Neck bands

    How long does Botox/Dysport last?
3-4 months, depending on your metabolism, lifestyle, muscle strength, and treatment area.

    When will I see results?
Most patients see results within 3–5 days, with full results at 10–14 days.

    Does Botox/Dysport hurt?
Botox/Dysport is injected with an extremely fine needle, and discomfort is minimal — most patients describe it as a quick pinch.

How many units will I need?
Dosing depends on your muscle strength and aesthetic goals. During your consultation, your injector will recommend a personalized treatment plan based on your anatomy and desired results.

Can I get Botox/Dysport if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Botox/Dysport is not recommended while pregnant or breastfeeding.

What’s the difference between Botox/Dysport and filler?
Botox relaxes muscles to smooth wrinkles.
Filler adds volume, smooths deeper folds, and enhances facial structure.
Both can be used together for full facial rejuvenation.

  • Before Your Botox/Dysport Appointment:

To help minimize bruising and ensure the best results, we recommend the following:

    1. Avoid blood-thinning medications (if medically appropriate) for 3–5 days:

    • Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin)

    • Aspirin

    • Aleve

    • Fish oil

    • Vitamin E

    • Ginkgo biloba

(Always consult your primary care provider before stopping any medication.)

    2. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours

Alcohol increases the risk of bruising.

    3. Schedule your appointment at least 2 weeks before major events

Botox/Dysport takes time to fully settle and show results.

    After Your Botox/Dysport Treatment

    1. Stay upright for 4 hours

Do not lie down or bend forward excessively.

    2. Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area for 24 hours

This prevents the Botox/Dysport from spreading to unintended muscles.

    3. Avoid makeup for 4–6 hours

This reduces irritation and the risk of infection.

    4. Skip exercise and heat for 24 hours

Heat can increase swelling and reduce effectiveness.

    5. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours

This reduces the chance of bruising.

    6. Tiny bumps or redness are normal

These usually resolve within minutes to an hour.

    7. Bruising is possible

If it happens, you may use Arnica or a cold compress (gently, not with pressure).

    8. Results appear gradually

    • Initial improvement: 3–5 days

    • Full results: 10–14 days

    9. Avoid facials or facial massages for 1 week

These can move the product before it settles.

    10. If this is your first treatment

We recommend a 2-week follow-up to assess results and ensure proper dosing.

    When to Call:

    Contact Sheila if you experience:

    • Significant asymmetry after 14 days

    • Difficulty swallowing

    • Drooping eyelids (rare, but treatable)

    • Any unusual or concerning symptoms

Your comfort and safety is my top priority.

Facial Filler

  • Starting at $700

  • What is facial filler?

Facial filler is a hyaluronic acid–based injectable used to restore volume, enhance facial contours, and soften wrinkles that occur with aging. It provides structure beneath the skin, helping the face appear lifted, smoother, and rejuvenated.

    How long does filler last?

Most facial fillers last 9–18 months, depending on product choice, treatment area, metabolism, and lifestyle factors. Some areas may maintain results even longer with proper skin support and maintenance treatments.

    Does facial filler hurt?

Most patients experience only mild discomfort. Topical numbing and lidocaine-containing filler help make treatment comfortable. You may feel slight pressure during injections rather than pain.

    What results can I expect?

You’ll notice improvement immediately, with full settling over 2–4 weeks. Results include smoother lines, restored volume, improved facial balance, and a refreshed, more youthful appearance.

    Is there downtime?

Minimal downtime is common. Mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising may occur and typically resolves within a few days. Most clients return to normal activities the same day or next day.

How many syringes will I need?

This varies based on your goals and level of volume loss. Subtle rejuvenation may require 1–2 syringes, while full facial balancing or anti-aging plans may use 2–4+ syringes over time. Sheila will recommend a custom plan during consultation.

  • Before Your Facial Filler Appointment

    1. Avoid blood thinners for 3–5 days (if medically approved)

    To reduce bruising, avoid:

    • Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin)

    • Aspirin

    • Aleve

    • Fish oil

    • Vitamin E

    • Ginkgo biloba

    • St. John’s wort

(Always check with your primary provider before stopping any medication.)

    2. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours

    Alcohol increases bruising and swelling.

    3. Hydrate well

Hyaluronic acid fillers work best when the body is well-hydrated.

    4. Avoid dental work for 2 weeks before and after

Dental procedures increase bacterial exposure and can heighten infection risk.

    5. Consider taking Arnica (optional)

Arnica tablets 24 hours before treatment may help minimize bruising.

    After Your Facial Filler Treatment

    Immediately After Treatment

    • Expect mild swelling, tenderness, or redness at injection sites — this is normal and typically resolves within a few days.

    • Apply a cool compress or ice pack wrapped in a clean cloth for 10 minutes at a time to reduce swelling.

    • Keep the area clean and avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging unless instructed by your provider.

    For the First 24–48 Hours

❗ Avoid anything that increases heat or blood flow to the face:

    • Strenuous exercise or elevated heart rate

    • Saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, or hot yoga

    • Excessive sun or heat exposure

    • Alcohol consumption (may increase swelling/bruising)

    • Blood-thinning medications/supplements (unless prescribed)

💄 Makeup may be applied after 6–12 hours, as long as the skin is not irritated.

    Sleeping & Positioning

    • Sleep on your back with head elevated the first night if possible.

    • Avoid sleeping on your face or putting pressure on treated areas.

    Skincare

    • Resume gentle skincare the next day.

    • Avoid exfoliants, retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, or active products for 3–5 days, or until the skin is fully calm.

    • SPF daily is recommended to protect results and prevent aging.

    Swelling/Bruising Expectations

    • Some lumps or firmness may be felt initially — filler softens and settles over 2–4 weeks.

    • Arnica or bromelain supplements may help reduce bruising.

    • Bruising can take several days to fade and is normal.

    What to Avoid Longer-Term

    • Avoid facial massages, dental work, or facial treatments for 2 weeks unless approved.

    • No microneedling, chemical peels, or laser treatments over injected areas for 2–4 weeks.

    Results

    • Initial improvement is visible immediately.

    • Final results develop as swelling settles — typically 2–4 weeks.

    • Touch-ups may be recommended for optimal results.

    Contact Sheila If You Notice:

    • Increasing pain, spreading redness, coolness or discoloration of the skin

    • Blanching/pale areas, unusual swelling, or severe pain

    • Any signs of allergic reaction or infection

These symptoms are rare, but prompt communication is important.

Lip Filler

  • ½ Syringe $400

    Full Syringe $700

  • How long do lip fillers last?

Most lip fillers last 8–12 months, depending on your metabolism, lifestyle, and filler type. Some patients experience longer or shorter durations.

    Will my lips look natural?

Yes. Our injectors specialize in subtle, balanced enhancements that complement your features. The goal is natural-looking lips that fit your facial proportions — never overfilled.

    Does lip filler hurt?

Mild discomfort is normal, but we use strong topical numbing and fillers containing lidocaine to make the treatment as comfortable as possible.

    How long is the appointment?

A typical lip filler appointment takes about 45 minutes, including consultation, numbing, and treatment.

    What is the downtime?

Most patients resume normal activities immediately. Swelling is common for the first 24–72 hours, and minor bruising may last a few days. Full results are visible once swelling settles — usually around 1–2 weeks.

What should I avoid after lip filler?

    For the first 24–48 hours:

    • Avoid strenuous exercise

    • Avoid saunas, hot tubs, and heat

    • Avoid alcohol

    • Avoid massaging or pressing on the lips

    • Avoid applying makeup directly to injection sites for 12–24 hours

Detailed care instructions can be added to your website if you’d like.

Can I combine a Lip Flip with lip filler?

Absolutely. A Lip Flip enhances lip shape with Botox, while filler enhances volume and hydration. Used together, they create beautifully balanced, natural-looking lips.

Is dissolving possible if I don’t like the results?

Yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with a medication called hyaluronidase. Most patients love their results, but it’s reassuring to know filler can be adjusted.

How soon before an event should I get lip filler?

Plan your appointment at least 2 weeks before an important event to allow swelling and bruising to fully resolve.

Who is a good candidate for lip filler?

You may be a good candidate if you:

    • Want fuller or more hydrated lips

    • Have age-related volume loss

    • Want to correct asymmetry

    • Desire a smoother, more defined lip shape

    • Want natural, balanced enhancement

  • Before Your Lip Filler Appointment

    1. Avoid blood thinners for 3–5 days (if medically approved)

    To reduce bruising, avoid:

    • Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin)

    • Aspirin

    • Aleve

    • Fish oil

    • Vitamin E

    • Ginkgo biloba

    • St. John’s wort

(Always check with your primary provider before stopping any medication.)

    2. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours

    Alcohol increases bruising and swelling.

    3. Hydrate well

Hyaluronic acid fillers work best when the body is well-hydrated.

    4. Avoid dental work for 2 weeks before and after

Dental procedures increase bacterial exposure and can heighten infection risk.

    5. Consider taking Arnica (optional)

Arnica tablets 24 hours before treatment may help minimize bruising.

    6. If prone to cold sores

Ask your provider about using antiviral medication to prevent a flare.

    7. Arrive with clean lips and skin

No makeup, lipstick, gloss, or skincare products.

    After Your Lip Filler Treatment

    The First 24–48 Hours

    1. Expect swelling (this is normal!)

Swelling is usually most noticeable in the first 24–48 hours and settles over a few days.

    2. Apply ice gently

Use a clean cold pack wrapped in a thin cloth for 10 minutes at a time.
    Do not apply firm pressure.

    3. Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours

Elevation in heart rate can worsen swelling.

    4. Avoid heat exposure for 24–48 hours

Skip saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, tanning, and hot yoga.

    5. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours

    Alcohol increases bruising and swelling.

    6. Do not touch, massage, or press on your lips

This can shift the filler before it settles.

    7. Avoid makeup on your lips for 12–24 hours

    This reduces infection risk.

    8. Avoid salty or spicy foods if lips feel sensitive

This can irritate the injection sites.

    When to Contact Us

Reach out immediately if you experience:

    • Severe or increasing pain

    • Pale or blotchy discoloration

    • Coolness of the skin

    • Blistering

SkinPen Microneedling

It’s the cutting-edge treatment that creates up to 1600 micro-channels per second. These tiny, controlled wounds trigger your skin’s natural healing process. Unlike other treatments, SkinPen doesn’t rely on heat or chemicals, making it safe and natural option for all skin tones and types. This FDA-cleared microneedling device is the first of its kind, providing exceptional results without the risks associated with other methods.

SkinPen rejuvenates from the inside-out to produce brighter, youthful appearance for all skin types. It has been proven to improve the appearance of acne scars and wrinkles/fine lines pm the face and neck

  • For optimal results, we recommend the Total Package Treatment Plan of three treatments spaced four to six weeks apart.

    Individual Treatments:

    Full Face $300

    Full Face & Neck $350

Full Face, Neck & Upper Chest $400

    Total Package Treatment Plan:

    Full Face $750

    Full Face & Neck $900

Full Face, Neck & Upper Chest $1000

  • What should I expect during a SkinPen microneedling session?

Your face/neck area will be cleansed and photos will be taken before getting started.  Topical numbing cream will then be applied to minimize discomfort, which takes about 20 minutes.  Once that time is up, the numbing cream will be removed prior to the actual treatment.  The SkinPen device has tiny sterile needles that will pass over the skin to create micro injuries, which helps your body to produce collagen and elastin, therefore helping with fine lines and wrinkles, acne scarring, and pores.  You might feel a slight vibration or mild pressure, but discomfort is usually minimal due to the numbing cream.  There may be some pinpoint bleeding, which is normal.  Your skin will look red and slightly swollen, similar to a sunburn.  You may experience tightness, warmth, or sensitivity for 24-48 hours.  Your provider will apply a calming serum and a take home serum.

Is there any downtime after microneedling?
Yes, there is some minimal downtime after SkinPen Microneedling.

    First 24-48 Hours

Your skin will be red, slightly swollen, and sensitive, similar to a mild sunburn.  You may feel tightness, warmth, or mild discomfort.  Avoid makeup, strenuous exercise, excessive sweating, or sun exposure.

Days 2-3: Redness and swelling will start to subside.  Skin may feel dry, rough, or slightly flaky as it heals.

Days 3-7: Some people experience mild peeling or dryness.  Skin will continue to heal, becoming brighter and smoother.

How long does it take to see results?
You can expect to see initial results from SkinPen Microneedling within 1-2 weeks, with continued improvement over the next 3-6 months as collagen production increases.

How many treatments do I need?
The number of SkinPen Microneedling sessions you’ll need depends on your skin concerns and goals.

For general skin rejuvenation, 3 sessions spaced out 4-6 weeks apart.  This helps improve skin tone, smoothness, and overall glow.

For acne scars or deeper wrinkles:

3-6 sessions spaced our 4-6 weeks apart.  More severe scarring or wrinkles may need additional treatments.

Can SkinPen Microneedling be added on to any additional treatments?
Chemical Peels are best for reduction pigmentation, acne, and improving skin tone.  Peels exfoliate, while microneedling stimulate deeper repair.  You would wait at least 2-4 weeks after microneedling before doing a peel.

Avoid Botox and fillers for at least 2 weeks before and after microneedling

  • Before your treatment:

Do not use retinoids or exfoliating products 3-5 days prior, do not wax or shave at least 24 hours before, and ensure you have waited at least 2 weeks from prior services like botox, filler, or chemical peels.

    After your treatment:

Avoid make up for 24 hours

Avoid exercise and sweating for at least 48 hours to prevent irritation

Sun Exposure: wear SPF 30+ daily and avoid direct sun for at least 1 week

    Total Package Treatment Plan:

    Full Face $975

    Full Face & Neck $1175

Full Face, Neck & Upper Chest $1275

  • What is Ariessence Pure PDGF+?

Ariessence Pure PDGF+ is a topical regenerative aesthetic treatment that delivers purified platelet-derived growth factors into the skin (the same proteins your body uses to repair tissue and stimulate new cell growth). Unlike traditional PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), which can vary in quality depending on the health of a patient's blood, Ariessence Pure PDGF+ is standardized, highly concentrated, and purified for consistent, powerful results. This pure pharmaceutical-grade product contains only four ingredients: water, sodium acetate, hyaluronic acid, and sh-polypeptide-59 dimer. This means patients benefit from a more predictable and effective topical growth factor solution that accelerates skin rejuvenation and healing at the cellular level.

What are the Benefits of Platelet Derived Growth Factors?

ENHANCED SKIN REGENERATION: When applied topically after your microneedling treatment. PDGF+ supports the body’s natural healing response by stimulating collagen and elastin production. Over time, this leads to smoother, firmer, and more youthful-looking skin!

IMPROVED SKIN QUALITY AND TEEXTURE: By promoting cellular turnover and repair, PDGF+ improves overall skin tone, elasticity, and hydration. This helps reduce the appearance of fine lines, sun damage, and uneven texture.

NATURAL AND LONG-LASTING RESULTS: Because PDGF+ works with your body, results develop gradually and naturally. Patients notice quicker improvements in their skin and improvements continue to build over time with a series of treatments.

What Is The Ariessence Pure PDGF+ Experience Like?

PDGF+ is applied topically during microneedling. With PDGF+ application, treatments typically last roughly 45 minutes.

    What To Expect Post Treatment?

Improvements begin to appear gradually, with optimal results building over several weeks.

How Many Sessions Of PDGF+ Do I Need?

A single treatment will improve the appearance of the skin; however best results are achieved with a series of treatments. Most patients receive a series of 3-4 initial treatments and then can switch to regular maintenance treatments throughout the year. Treatments are typically spaced about one month apart.

How Does Ariessence Pure PDGF+ Compare To Exosomes?

Exosomes and PDGF+ are both powerful regenerative tools, but they work differently. Exosomes are cell-to-cell messengers that signal healing, while PDGF+ directly delivers the proteins responsible for tissue repair and collagen production. A key benefit of both treatments is that neither requires a blood draw from the patient. Many patients choose both for comprehensive skin rejuvenation, but PDGF+ is an excellent standalone option for patients seeking a natural, growth-factor treatment.

VI Peel is a medical-grade chemical peel designed to improve skin tone, texture, and clarity using a blend of TCA, retinoic acid, salicylic acid, phenol, and Vitamin C. It targets pigmentation, acne, fine lines, and overall skin rejuvenation with minimal downtime compared to traditional peels.

    • Melasma

    • Uneven texture

    • Enlarged pores

    • Dull & aging skin

    • Redness & inflammation

How many treatments will I need?

Many patients see visible improvement after just one peel, but a series of 3-4 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart provides the most dramatic long-term results- especially for pigment, scarring or chronic acne.

You may feel mild tingling or warmth during application, but most patient find it very tolerable. Discomfort is minimal and brief.

    When will I see results?

  • Before your appointment:

    • Stop retinoids, exfoliants, & AHA’s/BHA’s for 5-7 days prior

    • Avoid sun exposure & tanning

    • Pause acne/bleaching products unless advised

    • Do not schedule immediately after waxing or laser

    After your appointment:

You will be given specific instructions to ensure results. You will also receive a FREE post-care kit, which will include a week’s worth of skincare. The peel solution is self-neutralizing, meaning you will leave my suite with the solution on your skin. It does have a bit of a bronze “tint,” and would recommend leaving the solution on for 4 hours post-treatment. Most patients start to see the first signs of “peeling” around 36-48 hours after the appointment. For most patients, days 3-6 post-treatment will have the most significant “peeling.” By day 7, most patients are done with the “peeling” and will notice their skin is refreshed, glowing and soft. You will be advised to remain out of the sun and to avoid heat (including high intensity exercise) for the duration of the 7 days. Please note that everyone’s skin will react differently.
