  • Yes. A consultation allows Sheila to review your goals, medical history, and skin concerns to create a personalized treatment plan. Many services can be performed the same day if you are an appropriate candidate.        

  • Injectable treatments are not recommended. 

  • A complete medical history is reviewed during consultation to ensure appropriate and safe treatment options.

  • You may be asked to avoid alcohol, blood thinners, tanning, and certain skincare ingredients for 24–48 hours prior to treatment.

  • Common restrictions include avoiding strenuous exercise, heat exposure, saunas, tanning, and rubbing the treated areas for 24–48 hours. Sheila will give you specific instructions based on your service.

  • We kindly ask for 24–48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
